Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Community Director in Webster, Massachusetts

Description

Devereux Advanced Behavioral health has an immediate opportunity for a seasoned Community Director to work with group homes in Webster, Paxton and Rutland.

Schedule: Exempt role, Monday - Friday 9-5pm, with on-call weekend rotation

Starting at $58,044/hour & $1,000 sign on bonus

Responsible for the operations of 3 group homes ranging from 6-9 beds each. Responsibilities include program development, budget management, and supervision of program employees. Responsible for the development of operating protocols, development of community partners, and delivery of quality milieu services. This role has 3 direct group home manager reports and reports up to the Community Administrator. Travel between the group homes in Rutland, Paxton & Webster will be needed for this position. Devereux' main campus is located in Rutland, MA where a majority of senior team management meetings will be held.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.

  • Active driver’s license and reliable personal transportation is required.

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education or other related field required OR 12 years relevant work experience in Human Services may replace degree

  • Minimum 4 years experience in residential treatment or group home setting, including 2 years in supervisory role in the human services field required.

Schedule:

  • Must be able to attend a 2 week paid orientation, which runs Monday-Friday, 8AM - 4PM in Rutland, MA

  • Schedule following Training will be M-F 9-5pm, with on-call duties. On-call rotation about every 6-8 weeks.
