Devereux’s Talent and Career Development department, headquartered in King of Prussia, PA, is currently seeking a Talent and Career Development Coach. This candidate will assess a participant’s education, work experience skills, and job interest and matching them to available employment, training, or other opportunities/services. Identify challenges or barriers that might hinder employability and identify services, supports, or referrals to available resources. The responsibilities of this position can be performed remotely.

As the selected National Talent and Career Development Coach, you will also –

  • Be responsible for intake, assess and document the enrollment process and ensure accurate record keeping within the data management system.

  • Plan, organize and guide service delivery, in joint effort with participants, from beginning to closeout.

  • Integrate and strengthen career-building goal setting into their coaching practices with participants.

  • Enroll, process, track and report on participants in the Devereux Staff Tuition Assistance Program.

  • Assist with promoting program to all Devereux Centers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field preferred or experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Organizational Development or similar field.

  • Experience in supervision, training, and/or development preferred.

  • Knowledge of adult learning, learning technologies and learning delivery modes.

  • Excellent customer service skills.
