Seeking a PT or FT Recruiter to support behavioral health services recruitment.

Flexible schedule, availability to create your own schedule

Ability to work hybrid schedule, 1 day in the office/week

Starting at $26.44/hour with increases available for relevent experience and higher education up to $31.14!

Providessupport services to the full-time POGeneralist who focus’ on recruitmenttoassist with contacting and scheduling interviewsfor applicants ina reasonable time. Recruiterwill conduct interviews, create candidate onboarding files, track candidate progress through interview stages, create offers, and update candidate statuses. Recruiter will assist PO team with running background screening, sourcing as secondary job roles, and other duties as needed.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts and Rhode Island provides programs and services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Located in Rutland, MA.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Drivers license required

• Bachelors degree in Psychology, Social Work, HR, Business Management, Education or other related field required OR 12 years relevant work experience in Human Services may replace degree

• Minimumof three(3)years high-volume,full-life cycle recruiting experience required .

• Requires demonstrated proficiency using multiple techniques for candidate identification, including, but not limitedto:referrals, internal databases, internetsourcing, cold calling and direct recruiting to obtain qualified candidates.

• Experience using an ATS required .

Schedule:

• 3 day new hire orientation M-W 8-4pm

• Flexible Hybrid schedule TBD in interview, 1 office day/week
