Seeking candidates with experience in Maintenance Supervision to work at an inpatient Residential facility

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7a-3pm, Non-Exempt (hourly) role

Starting at $22.87/hour & $1,000 sign on bonus

On-Call rotation will be needed

The Maintenance Supervisor performs a wide variety of duties including but not limited to the following: preventative maintenance, code adherence, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, lawn and grounds maintenance, snow removal, etc. Directs maintenance staff and activities, coordinates building and grounds maintenance and repairs, performs duties of job and people supervisor.

This position is located on site in Rutland, MA as well as travel to group homes throughout Fitchburg, Paxton, Webster, MA.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Drivers license required.

• General facilities knowledge required (utility of a building by regularly servicing, commercial appliances, and areas inside or around a buildings)

• Two years’ experience in maintenance supervision required.

Schedule:

• Orientation: 3 days: M-W 8-4pm

• Schedule after orientation: M-F 7-3pm + on-call rotation
