Paid Summer 13 week Internship 5/27/24 - 8/30/2024

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-4pm. Preference will be given to candidates who are available the full 13 weeks of operation.

Base pay $18/hr. Could reach as high as $21.02/hr with 7+ years experience and a bachelors degree

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts and Rhode Island provides programs and services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Located in Rutland, Paxton, Webster and Fitchburg, MA, this position is responsible for the safety and security of all youth as assigned and provides and ensures therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 20 years of age or older.

• Active driver’s license is required.

• High School diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or Special Education preferred .

• Previous experience working with children and adolescents with mental and/or emotional health concerns preferred

Schedule:

• First 2 weeks of employment will be paid training, M-F from 8-4 at a training center in Rutland, MA

• Remaining 11 weeks of employment will be M-F 8-4pm. Locations: Rutland, Paxton, Webster & Fitchburg, MA
