Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida provides programs and services for children and families. Based out of Orlando, FL, with a coverage area of Orange, Seminole, and Osceola counties, this position with the Dually Served Youth and Family Program is responsible for: providing therapy to children and families; this is a community based program.Providing intensive services, assessing clients, and formulating individualized multidisciplinary treatment plans; consulting with and training parents on therapeutic interventions and behavioral programs. Working with treatment team members and case managers; on-call telephone support for crisis and emergency situations on a rotating basis.

Position Details:

Pay Range: This position starts at $49,500 / annual. Salary is based on relevant education and experience.

Qualifications

Education and Licensure:

• Master's degree in the field of counseling, social work, psychology required

• Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor or Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Florida preferred

Experience:

• Two years' experience working directly with children, adolescents and families OR related experience working under the direct supervision of a licensed clinician

Other Requirements:

• Valid FL State Issued Driver's license

• Bilingual: English-Spanish or English-Creole Preferred but not required

• Must be willing to meet clients in community setting as this position is based out of a Community Center.

• Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test, TB Test.
