Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida provides programs and services for children and families. Based out of Orlando, FL, with a coverage area of Orange, Seminole, and Osceola counties, this position with the Dually Served Youth and Family Program is responsible for:

• Providing therapy to children and families; this is a community based program and the position will be housed at a Community Center.

• Providing intensive services, assessing clients, and formulating individualized multidisciplinary treatment plans.

• Consulting with and training parents on therapeutic interventions and behavioral programs.

• Working with treatment team members and case managers; on-call telephone support for crisis and emergency situations on a rotating basis.

Position Details:

Pay Range: Starts at $49,500 / annual (non licensed)

Starts at 54,500 / annual (licensed)

Salary increases based on relevant education and experience.

Location: This is a community based program covering homes in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties.

Qualifications

Education and Licensure:

• Master's degree in the field of counseling, social work, psychology required

• Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor or Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Florida preferred

Experience:

• Two years' experience working directly with children, adolescents and families OR related experience working under the direct supervision of a licensed clinician

Other Requirements:

• Valid FL State Issued Driver's license

• Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test, TB Test.
