Shift: Monday-Friday,8am-4pm (52-week year long position)

Every day as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will:

• Work with children on a 1:1 basis in a school environment

• Ensure the safety and supervision of the children

• Provide interventions to children with emotional support and behavioral health needs in a school setting

• Deescalate and mitigate behaviors throughout the day

Devereux Day Academy is a private academic school program located in Audubon PA. Devereux Day Academy is licensed to serve students in grades K-8 who have been identified with the following primary disabilities: Intellectual Disability, Autism, Emotional Disturbance, Specific Learning Disability, and Speech or Language Impairment. Qualifications

EDUCATION: Requires a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

EXPERIENCE: At least 1 year of work experience with children or adolescents preferred. Dependent upon educational background(see above). Requires strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and computer skills.

Must possess and maintain valid driver'slicense

Must be at least 21 years of age.
