Pay Rate: $18.61 - $21.22/hr dependent upon experience

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Pocono Center provides programs and services for adults with developmental disabilities. Providing services in Monroe, Wayne, Pike, and Lackawanna counties, this position is responsible coordinating, developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating Individual Support Plans and behavior plans.

More about the role : Responsible for assessing and monitoring individual's progress and growth in areas of functional skills, personal needs, communication, pre-vocational, job training, and personal adjustment. Serves as an active member of the Interdisciplinary Team providing direction, mentorship, training, and support to staff in the implementation of individual support plans, behavior plans and/or restrictive plans.

Qualifications

Valid Drivers License required.

Program Specialist : Master's degree in education, social sciences and/or related health field with 1 year experience working with individuals with IDD OR Bachelor's degree in the above stated fields with 2 years experience OR Associate's degree with 4 years experience. Experience in a residential treatment setting preferred.
