As a Finance Specialist you will be responsible for processing of all centers' invoices for payment; to include, obtaining all documentation from user departments and data entry in Oracle financial system. Coding of all credit card transactions twice per month on bank website. Payroll support, as needed.

1st Shift/Monday - Friday/No weekends

Starting pay: $20.91 (HS diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Additional $ for bachelor's degree and above.)

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum one year Finance experience

  • Strong background in finance preferred

  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and organizational skills

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • Must possess and maintain valid driver's license
