The Clinician reports directly to our Clinical Psychologist. The therapist provides services to in-home to our individuals in Cape May county.

Salary: $65000-$70000

What Devereux looks for in YOU:

  • Provide individual and group therapy to individuals within your assigned programs.

  • Conduct assessments/consultations/monitoring with our individuals to create a comprehensive treatment plan.

  • Develop and maintain WRAP plans and safety contracts

  • Consultation on Individual Support Plans Goals/Objectives

  • Collaboration with external entities such as vocational programs, Psychiatrists, Physicians

  • Conduct specialty orientation training for new staff and refresher training for established staff

  • On call responsibilities are included in the position, which include, but not limited to phone consultation to assigned programs.

Qualifications

You'd make a great Clinician if you have:

  • Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or other related clinical discipline.

  • ValidLSW, LAC, LCSW or LPC.

  • Two years of working with the adults with special needs

  • One year of clinical work in a behavioral health setting.

  • Experience providing in-community treatment preferred.

Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization. Devereux fosters a culture of reporting abuse, and will cooperate with the authorities to the fullest extent possible.
