Devereux's Rhode Island Group Homes, located in Pascoag and Woonsocket, RI provides residential care for children ages 7-18 with complex mental health and behavioral challenges. Our Group homes allow individuals greater independence as they prepare to move home or to another community setting. As a Senior Clinician, you will provide supervision to one Clinician (located in Pascoag) and assigned intern(s); provide direct clinical intervention (individual, group, and family therapy) to our Woonsocket Group Home. You will carry a small caseload up to 8 individuals (typically adolescent males between 13 and 18 years of age) utilizing a blend of trauma-informed interventions and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Additionally, in this role, you train newly hired clinicians in Devereux clinical practices; program Model training, fidelity assessments and chart audits; review and approve clinical documentation (treatment plans, progress notes, etc) for assigned clinician; participate in On-Call rotation and Participate in interviewing and hiring of clinicians.
