This position offers an hourly rate of $18.00 - $19.00 per hour. Rate offered is based on your experience. This position is located in the West Deptford location.
Being a Facilities Coordinator has its Advantages
As a Facilities Coordinator at Devereux, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion to demonstrate the skills needed to develop and manage a high quality of service to Operations and support partners. Implement agreed upon best practices and innovative methods of service delivery.
Oversee projects that will range in scope and size relative to residential program facilities to include: community based administrative offices, group homes, and vocational day programs.
Respond in a professional and timely manner to internal and external facility related requests to include preventative, routine, and renovation projects.
Keep internal and external partners apprised of the status of projects throughout its duration to ensure that deliverables is met, this includes.
Solicit feedback from the program partners and evaluate customer satisfaction levels to determine if customer needs are met.
Prepare purchase orders for work to be performed, as well as budgeting responsibilities.
Communicate with vendor on maintenance needed and negotiate cost.
Approve and code invoice to signify work is satisfactorily completed.
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health New Jersey provides programs and services for children, adolescents, and adults with IDD. Located in Millville, NJ this position is responsible for the coordination of work, material ordering, contracting, and regulatory compliance associated with facilities repair and maintenance needed for residential and commercially owned or leased properties across the state. This includes group homes, business offices and day service sites.

The accomplished individual will possess:
Two years experience in a high volume multi-site facility environment
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
Valid NJ drivers license.
