Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Colorado provides residential treatment services for children and adolescents with mental health and behavioral issues. This position is responsible for the day to day operation of all services related to the assigned unit, including programming, fiscal and personnel activities for the applicable program. This includes supervision of unit staff, scheduling, environment of care, programmatic operations, ensuring quality of services, proper documentation, regulatory requirements, and staff coaching and development. The Program Manager works closely with the clinical and education leadership to ensure smooth operations throughout the program and identifies and corrects problems as they present themselves.

Schedule will include a weekend shift.

Qualifications

  • Strongly prefer previous supervisory experience.

  • Previous experience in a residential setting is required

  • Computer skills required.

  • Bachelors degree in human services field required

  • Master’s degree preferred.

  • But be at least 21 years of age.
