Devereux Colorado provides community and residential treatment services to children and adolescents with emotional and/or behavioral health disorders. In this role you will manage daily front desk operations. Duties will include frequent interpersonal interactions over the phone, via email, and face to face. This position will interact with all levels of the organization, families, visitors, clients, and vendors. The front desk role requires exceptional customer service skills, multi-line phone support, upkeep of lobby and mailroom areas, greeting and signing in customers, sorting and posting mail, handling of financial transactions, scheduling duties and assisting other administrative departments with specific duties as necessary.

Starting pay range for the role is $13-15/hour.

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age

  • One to two year's experience in an administrative role strongly preferred (clerical/administrative assistant/receptionist)

  • High School diploma or GED required, some college preferred

  • Must be able to complete and provide proof of current influenza vaccination
