This role is the Rapid Stabilization Clinician on our Short Term Unit. Must be Colorado-licensed now or very soon. You will manage admissions, run groups, and develop appropriate treatment plans for the individuals in your care. Fast-paced, supportive environment with tons of opportunities for growth and program development! You will work in a team with lots of support and get excellent supervision to continue to grow along your own professional developmental path! Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Colorado provides residential treatment, day treatment and rapid stabilization services for children and adolescents and with emotional & behavioral needs This position includes providing individual, family and group services in our residential youth programs. Difficulties include mental health and behavioral issues, complex trauma, abuse and neglect histories, court involvement, social difficulties, educational deficiencies, and other psychiatric challenges.
The starting base pay for this role is $45,000-$58,000.

Must be at least 21 years of age
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field required
Must have License (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
Trauma-informed clinicians highly preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
