Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Colorado, a premier psychiatric treatment center for youth ages 8-21, is seeking a motivated and dynamic school Principal for our Westminster facility. Our fully accredited school consists of 13 classrooms and approximately 45 talented faculty and support staff. The Principal is responsible for the overall management, innovation, leadership, and academic direction of the Devereux Colorado education program. You will be able to focus your time and energy towards your academic program, and not be distracted by food services/school lunch program, facilities management, nor extra PTA responsibilities.
As the educational leader, the Principal will establish a collaborative culture focused on continual instructional improvement. We are seeking an outstanding hands on administrator who has a proven record with instructional leadership, student performance, and staff development. The selected candidate must have exceptional leadership skills, a strong desire to be part of a team, excellent organizational and communication skills, and be committed to academic excellence.

Master's Degree (preferred) or working towards completion of Mater's Degree in Education or related field
Licensed by the Department of Education as Asst. Principal or Administrator of Special Education
Principal Licensure preferred
Minimum of 5 years teaching experience is required
Experience in a facility setting is a plus
Experience as a program administrator in an education setting is highly preferred
