Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Colorado provides services for children and adolescents with emotional & behavioral disorders. This position assures all time records are gathered, compiled, and entered into the payroll system accurately and in a timely manner. Demonstrates basic knowledge of payroll laws and exhibits extreme confidentiality in regard to work product, work area, and all conversations having to do with payroll. This position will also have some high volume accounts payable responsibilities, with possible opportunity for other finance duties down the road.

  • High School diploma/GED required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting preferred.

  • Must be 21 years of age.

  • Previous payroll and accounts payable experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

  • 5 years of previous accounts payable experience preferred. Must have strong attention to detail, multitasking, organizational and computer skills. Requires an ability to work independently and ability to make prompt and accurate decisions with good attention to detail.

  • Must possess good customer service skills and be flexible with competing workload demands.

  • Must demonstrate proficiency in the use of MS Office applications, including Excel, and other data base management applications.
