Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Colorado provides programs and services for youth and adolescents with a variety of mental and behavioral health challenges. Located in Westminster, CO, this position is responsible for working with our kids and helping them gain the coping and life skills they need to be successful once they leave Devereux.

With a Bachelor's Degree & above pay starts at $16.00/hour plus shift differential of $1.00 extra when working between 3:00 pm- 9:00am ($17.00)
Without a Bachelor's Degree pay starts at $15.50/hour plus shift differential of $1.00 extra when working between 3:00 pm- 9:00am ($16.50)
You will receive a $500.00 bonus after your first 30 days!
Eligible full-time and part-time staff will receive a $1.00 per hour premium for every hour worked, including regular straight time, as well as for overtime hours.

Candidate must be a minimum of 21 years of age
Excellent communication, relationship management and multi-tasking skills are necessary to see success in this position
Experience with children and adolescents is preferred
-Must be able to complete and provide proof of current influenza vaccination
- Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.

If vaccinated - provide proof of vaccination prior to start date.
Receive the first dose of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine or a one-dose COVID-19 vaccine prior to providing any care, treatment, or other services byDec. 5, 2021; and
The necessary shots to be fully vaccinated – either two doses of Pfizer or Moderna or one dose of Johnson & Johnson – byJan. 4, 2022.
