Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Colorado provides both residential and community based services for children,adolescents,andadultswith emotional & behavioral disorders. As the Marketing Director you willdevelop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan for local and multi state territory for Devereux Colorado. Will maintain established business relationships and develop new relationships with the primary goal of developing a referral network to increase market share. Will have consultation with clinical and administrative leadership on admissions, customer service matters and other related matters. This role will also perform market research and analysis, provide marketing advice, counsel and general marketing support to programs as needed. Responds to RFP’s and assist with contract construction and negations. Manages social media marketing for the center and participates in fundraising and development activities. Supervises the operations of the admissions and case coordination departments. Works collaboratively with senior management, clinical leaders and outside organizations to proactively identify, develop, communicate and implement strategic initiatives. Extensive travel in this role may be up to 65% of the time. This position reports to the Executive Director and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Clinical degree

  • Master's degree preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in business

  • Healthcare setting experience strongly preferred

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
