Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Colorado provides residential and community based services for children and adolescents with emotional and/or behavioral health disorders. Devereux is seeking an individual who can work independently, is comfortable with a high volume fast paced workload, and has a strong internal and external customer service focus, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
In this role duties are centered on workers compensation and claim management, benefits administration, LOA and ADA administration , employee recruitment and retention, employee relations, supporting organizational leadership with guidance, and coaching advice and support, unemployment claims, and policy and procedure interpretation and implementation. Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, identify and implement risk mitigation strategies, maintaining records, facilitate training on HR practices for supervisory staff and ensure compliance with Devereux policies.
Hiring range: $16.00-$20.00/hour

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other relevant field preferred. PHR / SPHR Certification preferred.
Minimum of year (1) years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a behavioral healthcare, human service or educational setting.
Must have a demonstrated knowledge of Federal and State laws and regulatory requirements, in areas including but not limited to FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, and OSHA.
Must have excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills. Demonstrates the ability to successfully work independently while navigating competing demands and delivering HR support to a variety of stakeholders. Recognizes, understands, and develops strong internal and external customer relationships.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
-Must be able to complete and provide proof of current influenza vaccination.
