Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Colorado provides residential treatment, day treatment and outpatient services for children and adolescents and other individuals with emotional & behavioral disorders. This position ensures effective trauma informed care therpeutic services and is responsible for the management, administration and operational aspects of all Clinical Services. This role interfaces with staff and the community to achieve optimum balance among service quality and consistency, community awareness, and effective utilization of clinical resources. Responsible for providing the leadership and vision needed to deliver quality programming and treatment within Devereux standards. This position is also responsible for establishing the direction of clinical staff supervision, development programs, clinical programming for the youth in care, and working closely with all other departments to ensure clinical objectives are obtained.

The accomplished individual will possess:
Clinical Doctoral Degree (PhD or PsyD) Required
Must have Colorado Psychologist license
Prefer a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
Must have clinical experience with children or adolescents, preferably in residential treatment
