Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Hybrid Role Foster Care Case Coordinator in West Springfield, Massachusetts

The Devereux West Springfield Massachusetts Center is currently hiring caring individuals to coordinate services for foster children and adults in shared living.

Position Details:

As a Case Coordinator you will supervise a case load of foster/caregiver homes and provide a variety of services to support them. You will also serve as liaison between the foster parents, school, biological parents and other collateral agencies as appropriate. Home visits and on-call rotation are also part of the responsibilities. Flexible hours for this Full-Time position include occasional nights & weekends to meet with foster families.

Salary: Starts at $18.94 - $22.59 / hour PLUS $1000 sign on bonus and mileage reimbursement.

  • Valid MA Drivers License.

  • 21 years or older

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education or other related field required

  • Liscense with ASWB within 6 months of hire required-we will assist with cost and guide you through the process.

  • Experience with children and families preferred

  • You must be able to attend a 2 day in-person New Hire Orientation from 8am - 4pm in Rutland.

  • Schedule after orientation would remain days: Monday - Friday, with flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed with foster parents.
