Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, New Jersey provides programs and services for children, adolescents, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Located in West Deptford, this position is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and implementation of the annual CQI Plan for Devereux, NJ. The person in this role will provide support to the Operations and Leadership team in matters of quality improvement, compliance with Medicaid requirements and licensing standards.

  • Bachelors degree in Human Services, Health Care Administration or Social Services field. Masters degree preferred.

  • Three years experience in a health care residential or community services setting.

  • Must possess knowledge of Quality Management activities and be familiar with relevant regulations.

  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of information systems, database management, and processes for data collection and analysis.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and solid organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

  • Strong customer service skills, dependable and detail oriented.

  • Ability to anticipate problems and formulate resolutions.

  • Excellent technical skills- MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet and Databases.

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task- excellent time management

  • Ability to interact with all levels of inside and outside the organiztion.

  • Knowledge of DDD regulations and licensing standards preferred.
