The Program Coordinator reports directly to the Program Director of Program Coordination. This is a remote position, but may require to come into the office on an as needed basis.

Salary: $46,000-$50,000

What Devereux Looks for in YOU:

  • Ensuring that Medicaid eligibility is maintained

  • Follow-up on Medicaid Eligibility lapses to ensure reinstatement in 30 days

  • Reviewing service plan authorizations to ensure accurate services are reflected

  • Working with the Program Director to address over/under utilization in the program

  • Working with Supports Coordinator to address inconsistencies between program needs and plan approval

  • Reviewing of Individual Financial Ledgers on the SharePoint Library

You'd make a great Program Coordinator if you have:

  • High School required, Bachelors degree preferred

  • Experience in Medicaid and treatment planning required

  • Previous experience working with the Division of Developmental Disabilities

  • 3 years' relevant experience

  • Detail oriented

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • High level of initiative, accountability and professionalism.

  • Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to multi task and be deadline driven.
