Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health New Jersey touches the lives of nearly 500 children, adolescents and adults, and their families, across the state. Individuals with emotional, behavioral and cognitive disabilities, including autism, are served through a broad spectrum of treatment settings, including community-based homes and supported apartments, vocational training programs, family care homes, and consulting services.
The Director of Finance and Support Services will be located in our administrative headquarters in West Deptford, NJ. This position requires periodic travel to our national corporate office in King of Prussia, Pa., as well as occasional travel to programs and satellite offices located throughout the state of New Jersey.

EDUCATION : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of five years’ experience in a senior level finance role, at least two of which have been in a healthcare environment.
Must have strong administrative, programmatic and operational experience in a multi-disciplinary treatment environment.
Experience overseeing the delivery of financial services in a residential treatment and community-based program environment preferred.
Knowledge of IT, business infrastructure and facilities management
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
Aptitude and confidence in decision-making and problem-solving
Proficient verbal and written interpersonal skills and business communications acumen
Must be able to engage with staff at all levels of the organization and exercise sound judgment
