Devereux SPARC will help you earn your RBT certification!
Provide the required 40 hour RBT online course
Provide supervision and training to prepare for the RBT exam
Conduct RBT evaluation needed to apply for RBT exam
What is the SPARC Program?
Southeastern Pennsylvania Autism Resource Center is a department of the Devereux organization, offering empirically-validated behavior treatment programs for individuals with autism, as well as individuals with behavioral concerns or other developmental disabilities. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in special education, psychology or other related field;
- Must hold an RBT certification OR be willing to complete required training and exam. Must pass RBT exam within 1 month of being hired.
Minimum of one years’ experience with children or adolescents with autism spectrum disorders/behavioral challenges
Ability to work directly with patients and families, work as part of a team to carry out behavior plans
Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours.
