As a Night Supervisor at Devereux’s Children’s IDD programs you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. Devereux Children’s IDD Residential Programs provide long term treatment and education to children and adolescents 8-21 years of age who have varying levels of intellectual and developmental disabilities. Located in West Chester, PA this position is responsible for:
Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen , a screen ing that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Sciences or related field.
EXPERIENCE: Two years of experience working with individuals with mental retardation, developmental disabilities, and/or mental health disorders. Valid driver's license must be maintained. Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills. Proficient computer skills and mastery of Microsoft Office applications.
