Being the Clinical Director of Community Programs at Devereux has its Advantages
You will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. As a Clinical Director of Community Programs you will:
-Oversee clinical services for community based outpatient & BHRS programs serving individuals with mental health concerns
Oversee community based applied behavior analysis programs serving individuals and supporting families of individual on the autism spectrum
Provides training and supervision to clinicians, psychologists and board certified behavior analysts
Provides clinical support for implementation and expansion of community mental health programs
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health's Community Service Porgram provides services to children and adolescents, from infancy to age 21, with emotional, behavioral and cognitive differences. The position will be in Wayne, PA, however some travel to Phoenixville, Philadelphia and Delaware state is required. Additional responsibilities of the Clinical Director of Community Programs will include Participating in foundation-wide projects and initiatives; including applied research and overseeing program-wide clinical outcomes for community services programs.

The accomplished individual will possess:
PhD or PsyD required.
Must have clinical supervisory certificate to provide supervision.
Must be state licensed.
Five years progressively responsible human services experience providing clinical services, supervising services and or coordinating clinical services.
Training and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent training and supervision skills.
Demonstrated ability to thrive and perform in an ever-changing, fast paced and demanding environment.
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
