This BCBA opportunity will serve children and adolescents, between the ages of two and 21 along the Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our BCBA would travel to the respected individual's home, school and/or community in Chester, Delaware and/or Montgomery counties (caseloads to be as centralized as possible to minimize travel). As a BCBA you will assess the programming needs of the individuals assigned to your caseload. In this position, you would be working part-time hours with a minimum of 10 hours a week. Additionally, you will:
Assess, develop, and oversee the implementation of Behavior Support Plans and skill building programs, which includes monitoring the progress of assigned individuals.
Conduct appropriate assessments (including functional behavioral assessments, VB-MAPPs, ESDM, and/or other analyses to assess developmental needs and deficits) to develop or modify BSPs, as well as determine the efficacy of each plan.
Serves as a member of the individuals' Interdisciplinary Team and trains staff in the necessary techniques so that plans can be correctly implemented.

Education : Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field. Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required. Board-Eligible BCBAs will also be considered depending on length of time to receive certification.
Experience : Must have strong applied behavior analysis skills and significant experience working with children/adolescents/adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders. Significant experience writing Positive Behavior support plans and conducting FBAs, and training staff also required. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills and mastery of Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver’s license must be maintained.
