Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Program Coordinator in Wayne, New Jersey

Being a Program Coordinator for Devereux has its Advantages

As a Program Coordinator, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share the passion for helping adults and youth that are in need. We offer: Job and personal development, a detailed look into the intricacies of the Medicaid process, and the support needed to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that Medicaid eligibility is maintained

  • Follow-up on Medicaid Eligibility lapses to ensure reinstatement in 30 days

  • Review service plan authorizations to ensure accurate services are reflected

  • Work with the Program Director to address over/under utilization in the program

  • Work with Supports Coordinator to address inconsistencies between program needs and plan approval

  • Review of Individual Financial Ledgers on the SharePoint Library

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health New Jersey provides programs and services for children, adolescents, and adults with IDD. Located in the Southern, NJ region, this position is responsible for providing direct support to the individuals in our care, while helping them to achieve the goals outlined in their behavior support plan.


  • High School required, Bachelors degree preferred

  • Experience in Medicaid and treatment planning required

  • Previous experience working with the Division of Developmental Disabilities

  • 3 years' relevant experience

  • Detail oriented
