Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Glenholme School provides programs and services for students ages 10 to 21 with autism spectrum disorders, including Aspereger's, ADHD, OCD, Tourette, depression, anxiety and various learning differences. Located in Washington, CT, this position is responsible for the effective development and implementation of programs according to the organization's standards.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Therapeutic Recreation, or other related field.

  • Minimum of (1) year experience working with adolescents in Therapeutic Boarding environment, Behavioral Health, Human Services, Residential, or Community-Based Mental Health environment. Prior supervisory experience in a boarding school or behavioral healthcare environment preferred.

  • Valid Connecticut Drivers’ License, and satisfactory three-year driving history record.
