In this role, you will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

  • Provide consistent direct support to assigned Devereux centers, both on-site and remote.

  • Assist with auditing, plans of correction, critical incident support, licensing/accreditation visits, gap analysis, process mapping, systems development and implementation and program development/fidelity checks (i.e. PBIS).

  • Be a resource for real time support on data, outcomes measures, reporting, questions and linkages to other centers/subject matter experts.

While our Quality Improvement Center is located in Villanova, PA, this opportunity provides leadership, consultation and support services to the operating Centers located in 13 states.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in health care, human services or related field;

  • Previous Quality Improvement experience required, preferably in a behavioral health or health care environment;

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite Experience with Power Apps preferred;

  • Ability to analyze and effectively communicate, both orally and in writing;

  • Professional demeanor, good customer service skills required;

  • Requires flexibility and an ability to adapt to the demands of rapidly changing priorities. Must demonstrate use of sound judgement and be able to make quick and accurate decisions independently;

  • Strong time management skills;

  • Must maintain confidentiality of information regarding clients and intellectual property.
