Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health National Operations , is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and creative business development professional to join our team. As Devereux’s Business Development Analyst , you will play a key role, reporting to the National Director of Special Projects, in identifying, analyzing and where appropriate, pursuing business development opportunities to enhance Devereux’s ability to serve more people in need of behavioral health services. With your proven analytical, communication and planning skills you will respond to business development opportunities (RFPs), perform other strategic ad-hoc and operational analysis and efficiently manage new business development, turnaround and other planning needs at the center and corporate levels.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, planning, communication and organizational skills in helping to identify, research, analyze and when appropriate, pursue business development and cost saving opportunities that will enhance Devereux’s ability to serve more people in need of advanced behavioral healthcare services. In addition, provide financial analysis and modeling to support various initiatives. This position will be available July 1, 2021.

Our Ideal Candidate :
Experience in a behavioral health, healthcare or other market research organization is preferred;
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (combination of education/experience and/or training will be considered equivalent to education listed). MBA preferred;
Exceptional written/oral communication skills, strong project management and organizational skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills, team player/Servant Leader attitude and outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels and diverse groups within, and outside of, the organization;
Conceptual, creative thinker with a passion for writing, for business development and RFP responses;
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Must have a sense of urgency and be able to operate in a fluid environment with sensitivity to deadlines;
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a matrixed organization with local and remote stakeholders;
Strong proficiency with word processing, database management and presentation software. (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI and Word).
