Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Administrative Specialist in Viera, Florida


As an Administrative Specialist at Devereux, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need.

The Admin Specialist, reports to the Devereux School Administration and is responsible for providing general administrative, office and clerical support. The individual in this role will be required to perform various administrative tasks including computer data entry and reporting, answering phones and greeting visitors, copy, faxing and filing; in addition to other general office and clerical duties as needed.

Position Details:

Salary: Starts at $18.75 - 21.92 / hr (rate is based on education and relevant experience).

Schedule: Full time; Monday-Friday 8-4

Location: In-office (Viera, FL)

  • High School Diploma or GED required


  • 2 yrs. administrative/office management experience. Required

  • Experience in a mental health setting. preferred


  • Strong computer skills required with attention to detail.

  • Must have a valid Florida Driver's License in good standing.

  • Must be able to complete a 3 day new hire orientation class (Monday - Wednesday 9a-5p); Orientation is held in Titusville

  • Valid Florida Driver's License

  • Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test and TB Test.
