Coordinating the planning, development, and delivery of therapy services to include family, group and individual therapy.
Maintaining familiarity with all aspects of the client treatment plan and providing updates and/or new information to client treatment team members.
Provides on-going monitoring of client's response to treatment and participates in treatment team meetings to assist in reviewing and formulating appropriate interventions
Assists family/agency with aftercare planning
Clinical documentation includes progress reports, treatment plans, discharge summaries, communication with outside agencies, etc
Remaining up to date on annual training, certifications, and licensure.
Provides training to new employees.
Documentation of services provided in compliance with Medicaide standards.
Completes admissions assessments and initiation of treatment planning.

To qualify, we require:
Valid LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCADC or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
Two years of working with youth and/or families.
One year of clinical work in a behavioral health setting.
Experience providing in-community treatment preferred.
Access to a computer and other office equipment (ie. fax or scanner) to submit required documentation and paperwork.
Valid Driver's License
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of initiative, accountability and professionalism.
Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills.
Ability to multi task and be deadline driven.
