Devereux's Victoria Adult Treatment Program sits on 400 wooded acres dotted with vibrant wildflowers and native Texas wildlife, approximately 15 miles between Victoria and Goliad. Within this calm and tranquil setting, a therapeutic environment exists for children and adults with severe psychological, behavioral and/or developmental problems.

Being responsible for the delivery of floral arrangements
Responsible for the oversight of store operations, including weekly inventory and dealing with the public. Must have customer service skills.
Must be able to operate a calculator or cash register and handle financial transactions in a store environment.
Must be able to work with special needs client workers.
Devereux has been providing services nationwide for more than 90 years and the Texas program has served adults since the early 1960s. The campus is located near excellent medical services and offers recreational and shopping opportunities.

The goal of the residential program is to assist and support clients as they become contributing members of their community. Our team members work with the client to develop a support plan that helps the client achieve maximum independence. The plan is designed based on the needs of the client, and incorporates supports that can address challenging behaviors. The Adult Program is based on the philosophy that all individuals benefit from a challenging environment, and grow and learn through new experiences.

Education : High School diploma is minimum position.**
Experience : Two or more years driving experience. Good documentation and organizational skills. Must have a valid driver's license with a clear record.**
Physical Requirements : Requires walking and standing 1/2 to 3/4 of the workday; 1/4 to 1/2 of the workday sitting. Frequently requires stooping, bending. Occasionally requires lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Requires vision and physical ability to regularly operate Devereux vehicles. Requires physical ability to successfully perform CPR, First Aid procedures, and Crisis Prevention/Intervention techniques. Significant and frequent use of physical requirements associated with verbal and written communication. Must be free of dependency and abuse of illegal or illicit drugs, alcohol, inhalants, or other chemical substances or controlled substances.**
