The Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Texas Treatment Network provides therapeutic residential programs and services for adolescents and adults. Located in Victoria, Texas, the Clinical Manager is responsible for responsible for the coordination and direction of psychological, clinical, and program services for the facility. Responsibilities more specifically include: daily operations of the Clinical Department: development, implementation, and evaluation of program services and the behavioral management system. The Manager of Clinical Services is also a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team and is responsible for providing client treatment appropriate to the ages and populations served, specifically adolescents, adults, and older adults. His/her duties include providing assessment, testing, diagnosis, treatment, and crisis intervention, as needed, for patients with behavioral, neurobehavioral, emotional, and intellectual disabilities.

Education: Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field, required.
Licensure: Active license in the state of Texas (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LMSW, LCPC)
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years experience in clinical programs setting, preferably working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Supervisory experience preferred. At least one (1) year working in a residential treatment center, inpatient treatment facility, or with a multi-disciplinary team required.
Other: Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal). Must have leadership skills to lead a diverse group and problem solve effectively. Must be 21 years of age or older.
