Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Victoria provides programs and services for children, adolescents and adults with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, developmental and psychiatric disorders. Located in Victoria, Texas, this position is responsible for all aspects of the program on a 24 hour a day basis. You will function as an integral member of the multidisciplinary treatment team and assist in providing care and treatment that is appropriate to the ages and population served, specifically children.

Qualifications

Education: Case Management ; BS/BA in social work, sociology, or psychology required. Candidates with an Associates Degree who are fully matriculated in a Bachelor Degree program will be considered. Proficiency in oral and written communications as a minimum requirement. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training provided.

Experience: Minimum one year experience working with children/adolescents with mental health disabilities or graduate study in counseling, casework, social work, or related field. Must have direct experience working with children diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. Previous RBT experience preferred, but training and supervision will be provided.
