Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Program Coordinator (Outpatient) in Tucson, Arizona

Description

Position Details:

Salary Range: $42,536-$46,789.60 (salary based on experience/education)

Hiring Bonus: $1,000

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Arizona’s Meet Me Where I Am program provides in-home remedial intervention for at-risk youth and families identifying youth and family strengths and needs to enhance the Child and Family Team (CFT) planning process. We work with families and youths in their homes, teaching a variety of skills ranging from self-care, household management, living, and social. We are looking for talented individuals who have experience working in Behavioral Health, with families and at-risk youth to be a positive role model and impact on our families!

As a Program Coordinator, you will oversee the day to day operational funtions of the Program while ensuring a safe, clean and therapeutic environment. Program Coordinators ensure all aspects of the program are operating efficiently and in accordance with Devereux’s policies and procedures, Philosophy of Care, and Core Values. Program Coordinators are required to work as assigned with clients at any time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Services or related field OR High School Diploma/GED

  • Bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience; high School diploma/GED and four years related experience

  • One year supervisory experience required

OTHER:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older

  • Must possess (or have the ability to obtain) a AZ Level One Fingerprint Clearance card with NO restrictions

  • Must be able to pass 39-month DMV check

  • Must be able to complete and provide proof of current influenza vaccination

  • Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children
