Description

Position Details:

Pay Range: $19-20.90/hr. (based on experience/education)

Hiring Bonus: $1,000

Mileage Reimbersement

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday; hours typically range in the afternoon/night depending on schedule needs of the individual

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Arizona’s Meet Me Where I Am program Provide in-home remedial intervention for at-risk youth and families (working with children, youth, and adults) under the Arizona 12 Principles and in conjunction with the Child and Family Team Model. Help maintain contractual requirements and program services to the betterment of Devereux and to assist Program Coordinators in the development and implementation of their assigned program

As a Lead Behavior Coach, you will provide in-home remedial intervention for at-risk youth and families (working with children, youth, and adults) under the Arizona 12 Principles and in conjunction with the Child and Family Team Model. Behavior Coaches teach a variety of skills such as living, social, self-care, and household management to children adolescents, parents, and care-givers.

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older with High School Diploma/GED

  • Four years of full-time behavioral health experience (high school diploma/GED);two years (Associate's degree) orone year (Bachelor's degree) of full-time behavioral health experience

  • Proficient with MS Office products, email, internet, and basic database navigation

  • Must be able to type at least 30 WPM

OTHER:

  • Must possess (or have the ability to obtain) a AZ Level One Fingerprint Clearance card with NO restrictions

  • Must be able to pass 39-month DMV check

  • Be available to attend the required paid new hire orientation for 2 weeks (Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm)

  • Must be able to complete and provide proof of current influenza vaccination

  • Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children
