Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Arizona offers comprehensive outpatient counseling services for individuals, families, and groups in office, school and or home settings. We focus on providing services to children from birth to the age of 18 experiencing behavioral and emotional challenges. Specialties include the treatment of ADHD, conduct disorders, mood disorders, physical abuse, sexual abuse and anxiety disorders and autism spectrum disorders. Counseling services may be supplemented by psychiatric intervention and medication management when needed.
Located in Tucson, Az, this position is responsible for the clinical, operational and fiscal needs of the Outpatient Program. They will facilitate an efficient and effective clinical operation to ensure a state of the art system for providing treatment and/or support services to individuals. Master’s Degree in human services or related field required
Licensure issued by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners to engage in the practice of behavioral health in Arizona at an Associate or Independent Level - LPC, LCSW, LISAC, LAC, LMSW
Minimum 5 years related experience working with adolescents in a clinical setting
Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
Outstanding leadership skills to lead a diverse group and problem solve effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 39-month history check
Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions)
Pre-employment Physical, TB Test, and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable)
Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results
