Located in Tucson AZ, Our Brief Intervention program is a short-term residential facility which provides enhanced residential services to male and female adolescents ages 12-17. They stay up to 30 days in our structured treatment setting which includes 24-hour supervision and therapeutic services. This program is designed for adolescents who are in crisis, requiring active treatment in an environment with a high degree of oversight, intensive programming, and treatment.
As a Behavior Analyst you will conduct appropriate assessments (including functional behavioral assessments and/or analyses) for each client in the program. Develop or modify comprehensive Behavior Support Plan (BSP) for each client, specifically for the targeted return environment. Assesse, oversee implementation, and monitor the efficacy of each Behavior Support Plan. Collaborate and coordinate all assessment functions with the A/I clinical team. Serve as a member of each client's CFT Team. Train staff in the necessary techniques so that plans can be correctly implemented. Develop data sheets for each program being implemented in the facility and targeted environment, and provide to parent/ foster parent/ group home staff. Train, Coach, provide feedback to staff and families on implementation of programs.

Our Ideal Candidate:
Masters Degree with Certification and License as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA and LBA).
2 years’ experience working in the field of ABA and/or I/DD to include at least two years of experience of implementing behavioral treatment plans and one year of experience in performing behavioral assessments; developing, writing, implementing and evaluating individual and/or unit wide behavioral programs; and training staff in behavioral principles and procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 39-month history check
Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions)
Pre-employment Physical, TB Test, and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable)
Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results
