Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health provides case management services for children and families in the child welfare system, to ensure a community without abuse, neglect and abandonment so all children grow to their full potential. Based out of Tampa, FL, this position is responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with referral sources, community agencies, and new and existing funders. The individual provides leadership to their staff ensuring adherence to contract outcome, balanced scorecard measures, and internal standards, and works independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field required

  • Master’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred

EXPERIENCE:

  • 4 years experience working child welfare/dependency systems required

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience within a child welfare setting required

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Certification from the FL Board as a Child Welfare Case Manager (CWCM, CWPI, etc.) required or must be eligible to take the waiver exam and pass within the first 90 days

  • Valid driver’s license required
