We are looking for a motivated, dedicated and compassionate person to be an Operations Manager at our Hillsborough Case Management program.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health provides services for children and families in the child welfare system, to ensure a community without abuse, neglect and abandonment so all children grow to their full potential. Based out of Tampa, FL, this position is responsible forproviding direction to all unit supervisors, as well as ensuring contract and performance measures are met and in compliance with government and Devereux policies and procedures. This position takes part in various community meetings as a representative of Devereux and works with a high degree of independent judgement and critical thinking skills.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services or related required

Experience:

  • 2+ years management experience within child welfare and/or community based programs

Other Requirements:

  • Certification in Child Welfare (CWCM, CWPI, etc.) preferred

  • Knowledge of FSFN

  • Valid Florida Driver's License

Schedule:

  • Must be able to complete a Three-Day new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm each day
