Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health New Jersey providesCommunity-based group homes, supervised apartments, intensive, intermediate and traditional therapeutic foster care homes, intensive homes for dually diagnosed children and adults, professional consultation services, day treatment, and vocational programs.

This position includes providing services for three community based group homes located in Sussex County. Our Individuals have diagnosis of Emotional, behavioral and pervasive developmental disorders; autism spectrum disorder, mild to severe developmental/intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities, and dual diagnosis as well sexual offending behaviors.

Qualifications

To qualify, we require:

  • Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or other related clinical discipline.

  • Valid LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCADC or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.

  • Two years of working with youth and/or families.

  • One year of clinical work in a behavioral health setting.

  • Experience providing in-community treatment preferred.

  • Access to a computer and other office equipment (ie. fax or scanner) to submit required documentation and paperwork.

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • High level of initiative, accountability and professionalism.

  • Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to multi task and be deadline driven.
