We are growing! This Behavior Analyst will be located in Somerset, NJ and reports directly to the State Clinical Administrator.
Our Devereux New Jersey program provides therapeutic residential and vocational day programs for adults along the autism spectrum and those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a community-based BCBA opportunity. In this role as a BCBA, you would visit our vocational programs in Sicklerville and Woodbury in addition to our homes in Glassboro, Deptford, Sewell and Mantua. As a BCBA, you would be responsible for demonstrating competency in developing and implementing behavior support programming, habilitation goals and objectives, and creating therapeutic environments. This opportunity will supervise two Behavior Specialists who would split the caseload.

Education: Bachelors degree in psychology, special education or related field. Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required. Masters degree preferred.
Experience: Must have strong applied behavior analysis skills and significant experience working with children/adolescents/adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders. Significant experience writing Positive Behavior support plans and conducting FBAs, and training staff also required. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills and mastery of Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver’s license must be maintained.
