Being a Program Coordinator at our Residential Treatment Center has its Advantages!
As Program Coordinator at Devereux , you will coordinate the activities and day to day operational functions of the Residential Treatment Center while ensuring a safe, clean and therapeutic environment. You will be required to work as assigned with all clients on any dorm and at any time, alone or not.

Located on a beautiful 10-acre campus in the heart of Scottsdale, Devereux Arizona’s 24-hour RTC and Therapeutic School, has the capacity to serve 48 children. The RTC is a safe and supportive environment that provides youth, from the ages of five to 17, who are experiencing emotional, behavioral or substance abuse challenges. We also provide an on-site accredited K-12 therapeutic school, which offers an academic curriculum while students receive intensive behavioral and emotional support.

Qualifications
EDUCATION:
EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree with two (2) years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED with five (5) years related experience required.
One (1) year supervisory experience required
Proficient computer skills required in MS Office, Profiler and Radar.
Well organized, skilled communicator and systems thinker
Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results.
Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 39-month history check
Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable)
Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions)
Demonstrates leadership skills, strong verbal communication, written, organizational and time management skills and the ability to work on multiple assignments and prioritize accordingly.
Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
