Being a Part Time Clinical Supervisor for our Residential Treatment Center Program has its Advantages!

Located on a beautiful 10-acre campus in the heart of Scottsdale, Devereux Arizona’s 24-hour RTC and Therapeutic School, has the capacity to serve 48 children. The RTC is a safe and supportive environment that provides youth, from the ages of five to 17, who are experiencing emotional, behavioral or substance abuse challenges. We also provide an on-site accredited K-12 therapeutic school, which offers an academic curriculum while students receive intensive behavioral and emotional support.
The Clinical Supervisor oversee the implementation of the Substance Abuse Program model and with the SA clinicians make necessary modifications to ensure the program meets best practice guidelines. Clinically supervises the Substance Abuse Programs clinical staff. Provides AZBBHE approved Clinical supervision for those staff working toward licensure. Assists with the clinical supervision of SA program interns

Masters Degree in human services related field required
Current LISAC credential through the AZBBHE and mustbe an approved clinical supervisor through the AZBBHE required
Three (3) years related experience working with adolescents
Two (2) year supervisory experience required
Extensive experience in the provision of community living and supervision
Programdevelopment and implementation and leadership & problem solving skills to effectively lead a diverse group of professionalspreferred
Must be 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards)
Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 39-month history check
Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions)
Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable)
Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results
Must attend full time, paid, New Hire Orientation for a week Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
