Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health provides Family Preservation and Child Welfare case management services for children and families referred by the Department of Children and Families, to ensure a community without abuse, neglect or abandonment. Based out of St. Augustine, FL and providing coverage throughout St. John's County, this position is responsible for working in conjunction with the Family Specialist to implement the Family Preservation Plan. It will provide direct support to the family in the home and community setting, transports clients safely and timely to and from appointments, observes and documents family progress, and provides ongoing feedback regarding progress to the Family Specialist.

1+ years working with at-risk children and families, child welfare, direct support, or related required
Prior experience with car seats, installation and safety, and expiration dates required

Must be available to attend a 3 day new hire orientation, Monday - Wednesday, 9am - 5pm
